Join us at the Kickoff and Pitch session for this year’s HiiL Justice Accelerator programme! You’ll be able to meet Southern Africa’s next generation of justice innovations, and see how they are changing the world one justice problem at a time.
It takes place on 13 July at 18:00, and you can register using Zoom here.
The event is the culmination of the regional segment of the 2021 HiiL Innovating Justice Challenge, the mechanism through which we search to find the world’s best justice innovations and entrepreneurs who are bringing new thinking to the provision of justice services.
At this launch event, seven justice innovators will pitch their work to an international jury of experts. The very best will be selected for a place in our Justice Accelerator programme, through which they will receive 10 000 Euros in grant funding, potential third-party investment, tailored training and business development support.
We are keen to see you attend this event and we would highly appreciate it if you could invite others who are interested in access to justice and innovation.
Our programme for the session will run as follows:
18:00 – Introduction, HiiL Innovation Hub Southern Africa
18:05 – Keynote address, Mr John Jeffery, Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development
